Dear Lonely Heart
Dear Lonely Heart,
I hear you, I see you, I certainly feel you and I honour you for your vulnerable beat, that echoes loudly around the world. Lean in and listen closely. Can you hear that sound? It’s the silent cry for connection, for community, for the gentle, sweet touch of another human being. It’s a collective grief for a life that once was. But dear lonely heart, my lonely heart reaches out to yours, and to my neighbours, my family, my friends, and all the other lonely hearts around the world, until we form an unbreakable chain of beating life that drowns out the silent cry of the collective.
Together, we unite in our loneliness, knowing that it is safe to be alone.
Alone alone contains the word ‘one’. In our aloneness, we are oneness. One and the same, one beating heart, one world, one planet, one universe, one love. One-derful unity. One family.
One, is a prime number. It’s unique, it’s rare. It’s complete.
My aloneness and your aloneness makes us whole.
At one with the earth, the planet, the universe, with source, with each other.
So, dear lonely heart,
When you hear the silent cry of the collective, lean in a little closer, listen a little harder, and know that this collective gathering of hearts is beating loudly, just for you, so you can feel the oneness in your loneliness.
Love from,
A lonely heart
